i remember back in 99/00 there were 1 or 2 popping comps . First one i went to / did something in was in merrylands? skating/breaking/popping/graffiti showcase. then the jams / comps when airforce crew etc came down.
i *might* have old video footage of it somewhere (but don’t have a vcr anymore ). props to lama n tsuyoshi though — good times
